We ship to all U.S. states and Canada. Please make sure your PayPal address is correct and complete. Missing or incorrect details can lead to delays in delivery. We ship Monday-Friday except on postal holidays, and your order will always arrive in discreet packaging. Our order processing time is 1-3 business days. Estimated delivery times are in addition to our processing time. A tracking number will be provided when your order ships.
We offer USPS Ground Advantage shipping and USPS Priority shipping for U.S. orders, and First-Class International shipping to Canada. We do not ship UPS or FedEx. Canadian buyers are responsible for any customs or other import fees prior to delivery. The full dollar amount of your order will be displayed on all customs labels. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

RETAINER
Can be used to keep the glans covered or as a starter device
The retainer is NOT the same as the puller that was included with your CAT device. The collet will not work with the retainer so no tension can be applied. MUST use with an outer cone, either a replacement outer cone or the one that came in your CAT kit. The inside is bored out so it can be urinated through.
